Whalen VA Health Care System, Salt Lake City, UT 84148 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business manufacturer, Allentown LLC. 165 Route 526 Allentown, NJ 08501 Zephyr touch- tested and packed 1 Power supply cable (3.0) IEC with US/JP plug and interlocking v-lock 1 EMERAT 1050 rack 4col 7lev single-side packed 2 Top ER1050 with bottle-psu 96 ER1050 cage with gasket-psu 96 ER1050LID lid 96 EMERAT label holder universal for RFID- packed 100 Polysulfone water bottle with silicone ring (340ml) 192 Grey bottle cap with seal gasket assembly 192 Transparent hose conn kit for 89 dia top&76 dia bottom ER1050 SS only .8 meter 2 The Veterans Affair currently operates 21 Allentown IVC racks approximately 2,600 cage assemblies that are fully compatible only with Allentown components. Allentown is the sole vendor able to provide the required stacking lugs, AirKup configuration, U channel exhaust collar, Edstrom EZLock watering system, rear KUP seal dimensions, and components compatible with the Ecoflo blower units already in place. To support continued growth and modernization of the VA Salt Lake City animal care and research program, acquisition of additional Allentown rat and mouse IVC units, along with a compatible bedding dispenser, is essential to maintain system integrity, functional compatibility, and operational continuity. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 332999 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
