The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for water Heaters as stated below DRE-80, 80 Gallon 24 KW Lime Tamer Commercial Electric Water Heater The water heater should be operated with the following voltage: 3-Phase, 400V, 50 Hz.- Qty - 01 2. Hot Water Circulating Pump Manufacturer: BELL & GOSSETT 1BL013LF, Bell & Gossett PL-30B with 1/12 HP Motor Hot water circulation pumps should be rated for 1-Phase, 230V, 50 Hz.- Qty - 02 3. DRE-120, 120 Gallon 36 KW Lime Tamer Commercial Electric Water Heater - Upright 3-Phase, 400V, 50 Hz.- Qty -01 4. Hot Water Circulating Pump Manufacturer: BELL & GOSSETT PL-36B Series, 1/6 HP Bronze Booster Pump, Lead Free, 1BL003LF 1-Phase, 230V, 50 Hz. - Qty -02 Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Delivery within 30 days Payment within 3-4 weeks upon Delivery to, PR16071762 - NJ 08902 Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of theiroffer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission maydeem the offeror s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highlyencouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA Quotation due date and time July 21, 2026 at 17:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time.
