Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, packaging, sampling, laboratory analysis, and disposal services necessary to remediate residual petroleum-impacted soil and remove fuel-contaminated wastewater at the 36th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Compound, Andersen Air Force Base (AFB), Guam. The work addresses contamination associated with a fuel release near Building 26200 / Pumphouse 1 Generator and the contents of the Product Recovery Tank at Pumphouse 1. The objective is to excavate and remove fuel-impacted soils to achieve the applicable cleanup goals, properly package, transport, and dispose of all generated waste (soil and liquid), confirm attainment of cleanup standards through laboratory analysis, and restore the excavated area to match surrounding grade and pre-existing conditions. All work shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to flight operations and base activities. Amendment 0001 - Updated SOW to = Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW)_14SEP26, edits made in RED TEXT Section 4.4 "Product Recovery Tank and Fuel Bowser Wastewater Removal" "The Contractor shall remove up to 900 gallons of fuel-contaminated wastewater / product from the Product Recovery Tank located at Pumphouse 1, additionally 1 Fuel Bowser with 600 gallons of fuel-contaminated wastewater (combined total of approximately 1500 gallons)." Amendment 0002 - Updated SOW to = Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW)_15SEP26 Section 5.0 - Period of Performance was removed from SOW.
