Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) CALL ORDER. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY -- IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO QUOTATIONS, PROPOSALS, OR BIDS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. The BPA Call Order Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be sent to all Small Business vendors with an active USFS Region 9 (R9) Roads Construction and Maintenance BPA for Zone 5A - Green Mountain National Forest, in accordance with the Parent BPA terms and conditions. This procurement is restricted to Small Business vendors eligible to compete for BPA Call Orders under the USFS R9 Roads Construction and Maintenance BPA for Zone 5A - Green Mountain National Forest. Only Small Business vendors with an active BPA for the respective zone and an active SAM registration will be eligible for Call Order award consideration. Anticipated Solicitation Number: 12445526Q0081 Anticipated Solicitation Date: 6/24/2026 Anticipated Solicitation Closure Date: 7/15/2026 Contracting Officer: Matthew (Matt) Killian, matthew.killian@usda.gov Procedure used to solicit and award contract/order: BPA Call Order procedures in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201 and the Parent BPA Project Title: GMF Hapgood Pond Dam Spillway Bridge Support Project Description: This project is for construction services to repair Hapgood Pond Dam bridge supports, on the Green Mountain National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to cleaning and preparing the existing concrete and wingwall surface; drilling and grouting rebar into existing concrete; placing rebar and forms; and placing new concrete bridge supports. The Government intends to issue a BPA Call Order RFQ. A Firm-Fixed-Price Call Order is anticipated to result. Place of Performance: Hapgood Pond Dam Spillway Bridge, Green Mountain National Forest Anticipated Award Date: 8/1/2026 Projected Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 09/09/2026 through 01/06/2027, dependent on date of award.
