The Permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks qualified companies to provide food services. The Contractor shall perform food services work, five days a week from 11:00am to 5:00pm for the U.S. Mission Geneva Marine Security Guards. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employee shall be on site. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System of Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time.
