Copper to Fiber Infrastructure

Amendment 0002: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ADD ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATION INTO PART 5 OF THE PWS (5.5.5.2., 5.5.6., 5.5.7., 5.5.8.3.). ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SOLICITATION REMAIN UNCHANGED.Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment to add clauses and provisions, update several sections throughout Part 5 of the PWS and add PRS, add instructions to offerors, and extend response date. Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Removal of Copper Cable infrastructure and installation of fiber network infrastructure. See document CSS_W911S225QA052 for the Performance Work Statement, and all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
