Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District is seeking firm/contractor capabilities regarding a requirement for a turnkey Design-Build (DB) construction of a VA Personal Security Adjudication Center (PSAC) facility at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center campus in North Little Rock, AR. The size of the new facility will be approximately a minimum of 10,000 SF, two-story building with options to increase size. Building Options are for 12,000, 14,000, and a 16,000 SF building. New two-story building will be serving approximately 75 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) with a maximum capacity of 50 vehicles in a dedicated, gated parking lot, including accessible parking.
