Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), located in Manchester, Kentucky. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Period and four 12-month Option Periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Period and all Option Periods are as follows (per year) - Estimated Inpatient Days: 100 days; Estimated Outpatient Visits: 300 visits. Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about September 19, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Please note all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Located at http:// www.sam.gov.
