Description
Amendment 4 The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to update and clarify the evaluation criteria found in the COMBO in Addendum to Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Please acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing the attachment entitled, "AMENDMENT 0004 TO RFQ 26Q1038". Also included within this amendment is part 2 of vendor questions and answers, a revised PWS, and additional support documentation for provided answers. Offerors should review all part 2 questions and answers, as some previously provided answers were updated due changes in the PWS. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-26-Q-1038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Dorm Internet Services at Whiteman AFB, MO in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This contract will be a base year plus four option years with the anticipated period of performance listed below. In addition, the Government may further extend the performance period for up to six months under RFO 52.217-8. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 517111 with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
