Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, management, analysis, planning programming, administration, training, review, transportation and incidentals necessary for one-engine inoperative departure data in order to maximize aircraft operational weights while providing safe escape routings for specified Mission Design Series (MDS) aircraft in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). SDP data shall be delivered to the Government via internet access, email or other avenues for direct-to-aircraft data delivery, for retrieval of data for a specified list of airports, runways, aircraft and engine type and takeoff flap settings in order to enhance the Air Force s ability to safely and effectively conduct operations from these fields. The contractor shall design and provide a web-based SDP takeoff performance system for the defined Mission Design Series (MDS) based on each aircraft manufacturer s performance algorithm, as well as real time derived data to make takeoff calculations.
