Description

MDC Brooklyn is providing public notice of the contract award for the procurement titled East Building Boiler Control Upgrade at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn. In accordance with FAR Deviation 6.103-1(d), it was concluded that only one responsible source was reasonably available to provide the unique brand-name supplies and engineering services required to satisfy the Agency's specialized requirements.
