Update - 18 August 2026 - ATEC_RIW26_005 Phase 1 submission deadline is being extended until 1630 EDT on Friday 21 August 2026. Update - 12 August 2026 - ATEC_RIW26_005 Please review the attached Q&A brief document and the updated version to the CfS attached with this update. The Q&A period has ended. Any questions submitted from this point onward are not guaranteed to be answered. Send all emails and solution submissions to ACC contracting POCs, Whitney Jackson and Dennis Beauclair, Jr. (DJ), listed in this posting. When you submit your phase 1 solution, you will receive a reply email acknowledging receipt. If you do not receive an email acknowledging receipt by the next morning from either Whitney Jackson or Dennis Beauclair, Jr. (DJ) then please follow up your email with your original submission email attached. 5 August 2026 - Call for Solutions (CfS) The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Division D, on behalf of the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) is seeking innovative solutions for Expeditionary Secure Cross-Domain Modernization.
