Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to EF Technologies, Inc. for fully assembled drone with FPV and additional items. This specific assembly is proprietary to EF Technologies and EF Technologies is the only responsible source able to support this requirement. This NOTICE OF INTENT is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) or quotations. No solicitation document exists. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought. This should include technical data sufficient enough to determine a comparable service. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet all requirements. The Government will consider all EOIs received within by 7 November 2023 before 8:00 A.M. EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. EOIs will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation. EOIs will only be accepted via the email. Emails should be sent to Samuel Williams at Samuel.Williams1@socom.mil. The subject line should reference the announcement number. Submitters bear the burden of ensuring that the EOI arrives to the designated Contracting Officer on time. All submissions in their entirety must reach the contracting office before the specified date and time to be considered. The submitter bears the risk of non-receipt of emails and therefore, should telephone to ensure receipt. This purchase will be under, Acquisition of Commercial Items FAR Part 12 and Fair Opportunity Exception as authorized under FAR 8.405-6. Per SOFAR 5606.305-90 Public Disclosure of Justification and Approval (J&A) Documents for Noncompetitive Contracts, all contractors will request a copy of the J&A document from the point of contact listed below. Access shall be granted only if the contractor is currently registered in www.sam.gov and not debarred on EPLS.
