Description
Amendment 0001 has been issued to Solicitation M0026426Q0146 for two reasons: -Provide Industry with answers to their questions that were due on 17 August 2026 at 1000. Answers can be found in the summary of changes in solicitation amendment 0001. -Correct typographical mistake on page 19, paragraph 4(a) where the referenced solicitation number is incorrect. Quoters must provide a signed copy of Solicitation Amendment 0001 to be considered for award. Solicitation M0026426Q0146: The action resulting from this opportunity will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order: All quotes must be submitted electronically to Sgt Jacob Espinosa at jacob.m.espinosa.mil@usmc.mil Quoters must meet the below expectations: -Review attachment "USMC logo" as that will be the image used on the left breast of each jacket when creating the (450) Custom Black Male Insulated Jackets. -Quoters must review pages 19-20 (instructions to offerors) and pages 21-22 (evaluation factors and process) before giving their best price to CLIN 0001 found on page 3. -Provide a signed copy of Solicitation M0026426Q0146 -Review and respond to answerable clauses and provisions found within the solicitation. -The custom jackets must be delivered On/Before September 30, 2026. -All questions to the solicitation must be electronically submitted via email no later than 17 Aug 2026 1000 EST. Answers will be redistributed via Solicitation Amendment. Salient Characteristics: Can also be found in CLIN 0001's description on page 3 of solicitation M0026426Q0146. (450) Male Custom Insulated Jackets -50 X-Small -100 Small -100 Medium -100 Large -100 X-Large -Color: Black -100% Polyester Canvas Lining and Fill -Adjustable Hood, Storm Flap -Zippered front pockets, adjustable rubber tab cuffs -Waterproof and breathable fabric, sheds moisture, and can adequately perform in dynamic/fluctuating weather -Includes full color embroidery USMC logo on left chest -Manufacturer name and/or logo must not be visible on Jacket -Jackets will satisfy the need stated in MARADMINS 019-26 Paragraph 3.a. number (7). -Must be manufactured in the USA or compliant with DFARS clause 252.225-7036 -Must include shipping and handling
