This ensures all vendors can assess ceiling structure, med gas routing, conduit pathways, lighting locations, network connections, and integration requirements. Attendance is not required to submitting a quotation. The Government will post a written summary of questions and answers (Q&A) and any clarifying information resulting from the site visit for all prospective offerors. Offerors are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding site conditions and constraints. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after award.
