Response Information While this is a sole source acquisition, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government s requirement. However, responses must clearly demonstrate: Full compatibility with existing L3Harris C2 systems Ability to provide proprietary software integration without data loss or performance degradation Ability to meet operational timelines without mission disruption Failure to meet these requirements may result in exclusion from consideration.
