AMENDMENT 0001 (08/03/2026): CLARIFY THAT THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. IT HAS NOW BEEN UPDATED AND MARKED ACCORDINGLY ON SAM.GOV. QUESTION: IT SAYS 3 (THREE MONTH) VISITS; DOES THIS MEAN ONCE PER QUARTER? ANSWER: HVAC PMS ARE CONDUCTED QUARTERLY, WITH 1 FULL ANNUAL INSPECTION USUALLY CONDUCTED DURING THE LAST QUARTERLY PM. END OF AMENDMENT 0001 REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) NWS HVAC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) MULTIPLE LOCATIONS 1. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0373 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for National Weather Service HVAC Preventive Maintenance (PM) Multiple Locations; 4 Florida Locations and 1 Georgia Location. Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for HVAC Systems Preventative Maintenance at the Weather Forecast Office in Tampa, FL, Melbourne, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Tallahassee, FL, Atlanta, GA in accordance with the Statement of Work. See attached Statement of Work which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 4. A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18. 2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. 3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Department of Labor Wage Rates which can be found on: https://sam.gov/content/wage-determinations or on attachments of this solicitation. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF QUOTES. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR S RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST AND RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF THE QUOTE RECEIPT. Per NOAA Deviation 2025-02/03: System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Contracting officers will not consider those representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM. (End)
