Description

The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide adequate storage in New Orleans, specifically residing within fifteen (15) miles of 500 Poydras St, New Orleans, LA 70130. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the requirements. Point of Contact about the requirements: SKC Blaine A. Elliott. The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods: Base Period: 01 July 2026 - 30 June 2027 Option Year One: 01 July 2027 - 30 June 2028 Option Year Two: 01 July 2028 - 30 June 2029 Option Year Three: 01 July 2029 - 30 June 2030 Option Year Four: 01 July 2030 - 30 June 2031 (exact dates subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances) Contractors quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years. All work must be completed in accordance with the performance work statement. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are: - Price - Technical Acceptability - Past Performance Make sure to provide your price, technical approach/ability to satisfy the requirements, and past performance with your quote. The Government will evaluate the past performance of each offeror to determine the degree of confidence that the offeror will successfully perform the contract requirements. Evaluation will consider the relevance, quality, and timeliness of prior work as demonstrated through submitted references and independent government sources. Offerors with no relevant past performance will receive a neutral rating. Past performance will be rated and factored into the overall evaluation as specified in the solicitation. Offerors, if they wish, can also provide information on problems encountered on the identified contracts and the offeror s corrective actions. The Government shall consider this information, as well as information obtained from any other sources, when evaluating the offeror s past performance. The source selection authority shall determine the relevance of similar past performance information. This is set aside 100% for small businesses. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov. In accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2), all re-sponsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
