Combined Synopsis/Solicitation & Notice of Intent General Information Details Notice ID: FA930226Q0095 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Contracting Office: AFTC NAICS Code: 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) PSC Code: N063 - Installation of Equipment Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems Response Date: 06 August 2026, 10 AM PDT Description of Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of War (DoW) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Condortech Services Inc., for the procurement of the Video Monitoring System and Access Control Relocation. Notice of Intent to Sole Source Subject: Video Monitoring System and Access Control Relocation Statutory Authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by RFO 6.103-1 Justification: Condortech Services, Inc. Scope of Work Relocate monitors, peripherals, desktop computer, power supplies, wires, and any other required components, plus addition parts and or supplies that may be required to support the relocation process Market Research A Sources Sought was posted on 02 June, 2026. Three vendors responded however using a new contractor would void the manufacturers warranties and the system s software upgrades for the life of the system. Instructions to Interested Parties This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
