DroneBuster 5 w/ PNT

The Government has a requirement to purchase 60 DroneBuster 5s with PNT, Part Number FIGDB5_433_PNT_KIT, that will be utilized to increase C-sUAS capabilities and to meet PACAF intent for the C-sUAS program across the AOR. Questions are due by 1 September 2026, 11:00 AM Japanese Standard Time (JST). Responses are due by 11 September 2026, 11:00 AM Japanese Standard Time (JST). Attachments: - Attachment 1 - Brand Name Justification and Approval (Redacted) - Attachment 2 - Physical Delivery Address Amendment 0001 - Changes include: delivery address and attachment changes, quotation due date changes, CLIN description changes, and instruction changes. Amendment 0002 - Changes include: clarifying the Part Number and quotation due date changes. Note: The information on Page 4 of the Solicitation is incorrect. While it references DroneBuster IV, that is NOT the requirement. The requirement is for DroneBuster Vs. Note: The information in section III of the BN J&A should list the USA 433 variant, not the European 868 variant. The correct, full Part Number is FIGDB5_433_PNT_KIT. Note: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
