Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for the removal and reinstallation of solar panels on the roof of Building 69 at Fort McNair on a SOLE SOURCE basis, but is seeking vendors that may be able to provide this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. See attached notice for more details. Questions for this sources sought shall be submitted on or before 12:00PM CST on 28 April 2026. Government Response will be provided within 3 business days after receipt of all questions. Responses to this sources sought notice shall be submitted on or before 1200PM CST on 06 May 2026 via email to: John President, Contract Specialist - caleb.j.president.civ@army.mil and Sylvia Farmer, Contracting Officer - sylvia.farmer.civ@army.mil.
