Page 4 of 4 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to obtain service and maintenance for the Rotronic temperature and humidity monitoring system. Period of performance: May 1st, 2026 through April 30, 2027 with an additional four option year periods after completion of base period. Basic description of the requirement: This full-service contract is to include all necessary labor, equipment , tools and materials required to perform maintenance, calibration, and technical support of Rotronic temperature and humidity monitoring devices. This service requires on-site support, data reporting, and replacement devices. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 4/9/2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned. The capability documentation shall include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience providing the services described above. Responses shall clearly detail the firm s capability to provide this service. Responses shall include proof of manufacturer certification to perform maintenance and on site support.
