Brief Description of Supplies/ Services required and the intended use/Estimated Amount: Replace 61 AlertUs alert beacons that have gone offline. Install 68 additional alert beacons to be shipped in the coming weeks. Ensure all devices function properly within the AlertUs environment. 3. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: Alertus hardware and software are the intellectual property of Alertus Technologies, LLC with exclusive rights protected under U.S. patent law. There are no authorized licensees or other commercially available systems with comparable functionality, features, and specifications. 4. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: Market Research was performed by looking in Dynamic Small Business Search tool, sam.gov and historical purchases. 5.Contracting Officer's Certification: I certify that the foregoing justification is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
