Contract Number: N6523618D8014Title: Notice of Intent to Increase the ceiling by $100MThe purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to increase the contract ceiling by $100M with no change to the period of performance. The ceiling increase will allow completion of all current task orders and prevent a delay in capability until the new contract is competitively awarded. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), One source or limited sources. (FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B)). The NAICS Code is 541330. This Notice of Intent to modify this contract is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract modification action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written comments or questions regarding this notice must be emailed to Kari Hill at kari.a.hill7.civ@us.navy.mil. Any comments or questions must be received by 12:00 PM EST, 11 May 2026.
