Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) non-commercial contract, on an other than full and open competition basis to Reynolds Systems, Inc, 18649 California Highway 175, Middletown, CA 95461 for?the acquisition of data resulting from detonator testing. 1 RSI-2350-01 Engineering NRE to produce A Qualification by Similarity 1 RSI-2350-01 Engineering NRE to Conduct Testing and produce delta Qualification Test Report 300 RSI-2350-01 Detonators 1 RSI-2350-01 Manufacturing Lot LAT This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Office no later than ten business days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936RFPREQD550000/E5500000342 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 21 August 2026 at 4:00 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. No telephone responses will be accepted. Any submissions or questions shall be submitted via email to the point of contacts listed below. A Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (FCI, Self) is anticipated for this requirement. If you disagree with the anticipated CMMC Level, please provide a rationale, and the recommended CMMC Level.
