Amendment 1 - Change from Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition. This procurement is a Full and Open Competition (authorized resellers) per the requirment in the attachements. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full specifications and authorized reseller letter) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 18 June 2026 7am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days.
