***Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer*** The 28 Maintenance Squadron, Aircraft Structural Maintenance shop, requires the procurement of two (2) G689 CherryLock pneumatic-hydraulic riveter guns, two (2) 680B46 straight adapters, and two (2) of each of the following Cherry Pulling Heads: H9055-3, H9055-4, H9055-5, and H9055-6 IAW Attach_1 Salient Characteristics.pdf Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, technical and price factors will be used in the evaluation of quotations. Vendor will only be considered if responsive, which is determined by submitting all requirements in their response/submission. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize RFO Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Technical Acceptability (Subfactors A-D as stated under 52.212-2 in the attached SF1449) and Price. Please reference the contract clauses RFO 52.212-1 and RFO 52.212-2. Delivery: Required delivery is FOB Destination to Ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 180 days after contract award. Attachment: All information necessary to submit a quote is contained in the attached RFQ document titled FA469026Q0044. Offerors must read the attachment in its entirety before submitting a quote. ?
