Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Syndeck Bond Coat, Syndeck Epoxy Clear Bond, and Syndeck Ultra Lightweight Underlayment all kit products manufactured by EPMAR; and solicit for Dex-o-Tex TM Grout Coat and Dex-o-Tex Elastaguard Membrane both kit products manufactured by Crossfield Products. This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability and submit quotes prior to offer due date. Offers are due Monday, May 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Terms will be FOB: Destination to U.S. Naval Base Det SASEBO JAPAN, therefore the quote SHALL include shipping cost. Quotes shall be valid for sixty days (60), at minimum. Quote packages SHALL contain the following information: 1. Official Company Name 2. Point of contact including name & phone number 3. CAGE Code 4. Business Size 5. Quote with unit price, extended price, total amount and any associated lead time(s). The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract in accordance with RFO Part 12 in response to quotes/proposals received in response to this solicitation. A firm fixed price contract places the maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss on the contractor, offerors are advised to consider these risks when pricing their quotes/proposals. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Anticipated Award Date: May 2026 Offerors may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements by email to jennifer.a.martinez42.civ@us.navy.mil and lexi.a.markovich.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1 day before solicitation closing date and time. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. CLOSING DATE: 11 May 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
