This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0964 and is attached. This solicitation is Full and Open competition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is R408. The Puget Sound VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase MIM Software and Support services. Service Location: Puget Sound VA Health Care System 1660 S Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108 The period of performance will be a single year award. Base Year: 09/01/2026 08/31/2027 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
