Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Regional Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed-price Contract to L3 Harris Technologies, (CAGE:1PNR4) , NAICS CODE (541511), 221 Jefferson Ridge Pkwy, Lynchburg, Virginia on a sole source basis inaccordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, This procurement is to provide warranty software support, upgrades, and hardware logistics support for the MCIEAST Harris Corporation Enterprise Land Mobile Radios (ELMR) Eastern Regional Infrastructure (ERI) System aboard MCIEAST Areas of Operations (AOR). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement indicating their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office ,Patricia Quinones@usmc.mil, no later than 12:00 PM EST, 15 August 2026. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
