Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. The Public Works Division, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for Liquefied Petroleum (LP) gas and Tank Monitoring Services. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all tanks and monitors ranging in size from 250 gallon to 30,000 gallon capacities, to locations aboard Camp Lejeune and surrounding bases. The applicable NAICS code is 221210, Liquefied Petroleum Gas distribution through mains. This is not a Request for Quote or Proposal. This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the announcement, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. Please note that the solicitation number used for this sources sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes. Interested vendors shall provide the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. (2) Cage Code and Unique Identifier Code (UIC). Cage Code and UIC must be registered on the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) (3) Include any other supporting documents.
