Amendment 0001 dated 22 Jul 19 has been released and is posted in this notice except for Addendum No. 1 to Attachment 11b and Addendum No. 1 to Attachment 12b under Section J of the solicitation. The interested offerors shall contact the POCs to obtain them in a timely manner. All bidders shall acknowledge the receipt of the amendment in accordance with block 11 of the amendment (Standard Form 30).
