AMENDMENT 5 - RFI answers are posted along with the modified solicitation document and other supporting documents. Proposal due date has been pushed to 26 JUNE 2026 @5:00pm. AMENDMENT 4 - RFI answers posting date has been pushed back to 18 JUNE 2026. Proposal due date has been pushed to 25 JUNE 2026 @5:00pm. AMENDMENT 3 - RFI answers posting date has been pushed back to 9 JUNE 2026. Proposal due date has been pushed to 16 JUNE 2026 @5:00pm. AMENDMENT 2 - Revised solicitation document has been attached with the updated SOW from amendment 1 incorporated along with additions to Section M. Proposal due date has been pushed to 2 JUNE 2026 @5:00pm and RFI answers are expected to be posted on 26 MAY 2026. In accordance with section M.5 "Mandatory Site Visit Requirement" found in the solcitation document, please send a site visit request email to myself at brian.baek@nih.gov by COB 15 MAY for vendors that missed the first site visit. Vendors that attended the first site visit already qualify and do not have to attend the second site visit. AMENDMENT 1 - Revised statement of work (SOW) has been attached labeled "C116635 Construction SOW 05-04-26 (REVISED 1)" The purpose of this solicitation is to implement a long-term measure to stop water infiltration to the interior by removing the existing roofing and waterproofing and installing new roofing, and waterproofing on the below grade roof, walls, and foundation with new foundation/subsurface drainage and surface drainage. (see the attached statement of work along with the drawing and spec documents for additional details) A site visit will be scheduled for 6 May @2:00pm. To be put on the list please email brian.baek@nih.gov with the vendor name and individuals that will be attending (due date is 4 May COB). Request for Information (RFI) is due by COB 8 May, the answers will be posted the following week through an amendment. When submitting the proposal, send to the Contracting Officer @brian.baek@nih.gov. The proposal should have the following: technical approach, pricing, and past/relative performance experience. Please note that the evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
