The 119th Wing (NDANG) in Fargo, ND is conducting market research under FAR Part 10 and FAR Part 12 to identify capable commercial sources (both Small and Large businesses) for a complete turnkey UPS replacement. The purpose of this notice is to determine overall market capability and to identify potential Small Business sources (including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) for acquisition planning purposes.
