Description
20260720-Amendment 0001 issued. Revised specification and added Lead Paint Report (see attachment). Solicitation extended by 7 days. The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota is issuing solicitation FA6633-26-Q-0006 for RFQ on a Firm-Fixed Price contract for, SUSTAIN HANGAR DOORS MULTI, at Minneapolis-St Paul ARS. This solicitation package calls for Requests for Quote (RFQ) electronically and paper copies are not available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for additional or updated documents and subsequent amendments. The following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe). This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside. Magnitude of acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work to be performed within NAICS 238320 Painting Contractors and the size standard is $19 million. The PSC/FSC Code is Z1EB, Maintenance of Maintenance Buildings . The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. Work to be included in this project consists of: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: Sustain Hangar Doors, Multi; QJKL 26-0019 at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis Minnesota. Scope of Work: The tasks performed shall be based on the project description, other data furnished in this Statement of Work (SOW), and information covered during the Pre-Construction (Pre-CON) meeting. The scope of this project is to refinish the hangar doors (Building 821 & 870). The government intends to hold a site visit. On Thursday July 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM (CST) All attendees must be pre-approved for access to the facility. There are no exceptions. Plans and specifications are available for examination in the attachments section of this posting.
