Description

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to questions received from industry. No other changes were made. The Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Program Office requires Subject Matter Expertise for CTIP professional training development and to provide support at the program and policy level services that align and comply with NSPD-22, NDAA, and DoWI 2200.01 to meet the CTIP Program Office s daily mission requirements and strategic future. All questions were due by 10:00 AM EST on the 6th August 2026 and can be sent to me via email at carol.a.johnson218.civ@mail.mil. Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the PWS and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below: Technical Acceptability Standards: Acceptable- Quote clearly meets minimum requirements of this RFQ. Unacceptable- Quote does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of this RFQ. Please provide a complete quote including: Company Information/POC, CAGE Code, DUNS numbers, Tax Identification (TIN), and Business size. Please insure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated. CLIN 0001: Defense Support Services Center (DSSC); Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Training Services, Quantity of 12 months.
