Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, in conjunction with RFO Part 12. The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to procure two replacement refrigeration compressors (Part Number 1034192) for the TLD ACU-808 aircraft air conditioning unit. The Government intends to award a contract to Kampi Components Co. IAW RFO 6.103-1. The special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
