Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alabama City: Tuscaloosa, Northport, and surrounding areas Delineated Area: N: Intersection of Boone Blvd and Hwy 82 to Hwy 43 to Hwy 82 to William Bacon Oliver Lake E: William Bacon Oliver Lake to Hurricane Creek to Hwy 216 S: Hwy 216 to Hwy 215 to Hwy 11 to Hwy 20 to Buttermilk Rd Intersection to Hargrove E Rd to Bradley Rd to Bearmont Rd to Bear Creek Rd E to Hillcrest School Rd to Hwy 69 to Hwy 20 W: Hwy 20 to Joe Mallisham Pwy to intersection of Boone Blvd and Hwy 82 See attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,500 Warehouse / Light Industrial Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,575 Warehouse / Light Industrial Minimum Acreage: 0.05 Wareyard Maximum Acreage: 0.0525 Wareyard Space Type: Warehouse / light industrial, wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 3 spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: Not required Additional Requirements: Warehouse: Loading area with 3 x 3 door and sufficient interior or exterior space for vehicle access Secured tenant space Climate control Restrooms Electricity Running water Storage of gas-powered equipment Wareyard: Ability to be fenced and secured Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease IS required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [ 100-year ] floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
