Description: The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Critical Power System Solutions. The requirement is for the purchase of engineering services:Critical Power System SolutionsAddress: 16820 Barker Springs Road Suite 521Houston, Texas 77084DESCRIPTION:This action is for the purchase of electrical engineering services for the analysis, tuning, or repair of the Woodward load sharing system and Basler Digital Excitation System (DECS) which is located at The Naval Communications Station (NCS) Harold E. HOLT in Western Australia. Part of this effort includes a site survey for the installation of generators. This site survey will include the development of a detailed report and rough order of magnitude (ROM) for site preparation and placement of the generators, fuel lines, low voltage and control connections, and load connections from the generator to the power plant switchgear. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
