THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUOTATIONS. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers and interested sources IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 5.1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) as firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for temp heating/cooling rental services for the 301 Air Force Reserve Command at Naval Air Station Forth Worth Joint Reserve Base, TX. Anticipated award date is around 22 June 2026 (subject to change). DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide temp heating and cooling rental services at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. All deliveries shall be off truck, assembled, with verified operation unless directed otherwise by government contracting officer or contracting officer representative. See Attachment – Statement of Work dated: 13May26 for details of requirement. NAICS: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532210 with size standard of $47 million. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 5 Years AWARD TYPE: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business COMPETITION: Full and Open CYBERSECURITY MATURITY MODEL CERTIFICATION (CMMC): In accordance with R-DFARS 252.204-7021 and R-DFARS 252.204-7025, a CMMC Level 1 assessment is the mandatory minimum requirement for all offerors providing quotes, bids or proposals with the Department of War. Under CMMC Level 1, all offerors must demonstrate full compliance by self-certifying with the 15 basic safeguarding requirements for Federal Contract Information (FCI) outlined in RFO 52.240-93(b)(1). Once your organization has confirmed its compliance with these 15 requirements, you must enter this self-certification into the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) module within PIEE (https://piee.eb.mil). Contract award cannot be made to any offeror that is not fully compliant and whose assessment results are not properly recorded in the system of record. You must verify the CMMC Level required for this award by checking the provisions and clauses within the solicitation. FUNDING STATUS: Payment under BPA will be made via the Government Purchase Card (GPC). The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATIONS: In order to be considered for this requirement, you MUST have an active company profile in System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
