Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - W9115126QA053 Follow-On for Alarm Monitoring Services at Fort Hood, TX Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs. The requirement is subject to the availability of appropriated funds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9115126QA053 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a Follow-On for Alarm Monitoring Services at Fort Hood, TX. (Current contract W91151-21-C-0026.) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). Business Size Standard in dollars is $25M. The PSC is S211, Housekeeping- Surveillance. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. See Section B (pages 2-6) for a detailed list of line-item numbers (CLINs) and timeframe in months for the base plus four options years of services to be acquired. See Section C (pages 7-35) for the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), attachments, and exhibits for additional information on the description of requirements for the service to be acquired. See Section E &F (pages 37-44) for the dates and place of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point. See Sections G (pages 45-48), I (pages 49-68), K (pages 71-82), L (pages 83-89), and M (pages 90-91) for solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. See Section M (pages 90-91) for evaluation factors for cost/price, technical, and past performance for a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. This solicitation will close at 3:30 PM CST on July 06, 2026. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with RFO FAR 52.212-2 and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without negotiations; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding negotiations if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable. All questions must be submitted no later than 3:30 PM CST on June 24, 2026.
