Description

For over 15 years, Code 89 has used Accruent software to store and manage engineering documents and design data related to the Dept. 80 Hydro Facilities. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the previous contract for software maintenance lapsed and our current software version has gone out of date. Additionally, there was a hardware failure of the machine that ran the Meridian Server. We require a vendor to provide ten (10) Meridian Term licenses, and one (1) year of license maintenance. Additionally, provide on-site support for installation, configuration, and migration of existing software, Meridian server, and license server to the newest version and provide end-user training of the new software. This award is to be made on a Brand Name Basis.
