Description
SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought for Nellis Air Force Base Dormitories Wi-Fi Services This is a Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) (Notice ID: FA486126Q8700). This Sources Sought / RFI is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The 99th Contracting Squadron (99 CONS) is conducting market research and attempting to gather information from qualified, experienced, and interested vendors who can supply the items and perform services described herein. Please review the draft documentation included in this notice. Specifically, please review the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for Wi-Fi services for Nellis Air Force Base Dormitories Request interested firms respond to the following: Identify your firm s information (name, address, phone number, CAGE code). Identify if your company is a large or small business. If applicable, identify what small business program(s) (i.e. SBA Certified 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HubZone, etc.) your company is certified as. Identify the appropriate amount of calendar days required to respond to a RFP. What is the timeframe needed from time of award to transition and begin new service? What is an estimated monthly cost to provide the services in the attached documents? Any other comments, feedback, or response on how to improve this requirement is highly encouraged. The Government wants to ensure transparency of this process and ensure interested firms are provided the same information. If your firm has a question regarding this RFI, can the Government post your firm s questions, along with the Government s response, in Sam.gov, GSA, or etc.? An interested firm s name will not be disclosed to the public. Only electronic responses will be accepted by email. Additionally, ensure RFI # FA486126Q8700 is identified in the subject line of the email. Please send responses via email to the primary point of contact, SSgt Riley Finn, at riley.finn@us.af.mil not later than 8 August 2026 at 1000 a.m PDT. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in market research, identifying potential sources and as applicable, or assist the Contracting Officer in determining whether a future solicitation should be set aside. This notice does not service as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. Funding is not / may not be made available to solicit the requirement. This Sources Sought is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
