The contract will result in award of Purchase Order for subscription products and access to in-depth coverage on geopolitical factors affecting Iraqi oil. The specific services include: Iraq Oil and Financial dataset with over 100 monthly data points tracking oil production, exports, electricity generation, and finances in both federal Iraq and the Kurdistan region. Granular data and analysis tracking Iraq's southern exports (Basra Crude Export) for traders, refiners, shippers, and market watchers. A field-by-field view of the Kurdistan oil patch, including monthly exploration, drilling, and production data. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties who believe they can fulfill this requirement may submit a capability statement. Submissions must be received by the Response Deadline noted above and sent via email to BaghdadGSOProcAgt5@state.gov. Capability statements must include: Company name, address, and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Point of contact details.
