Forty-Five (45) parking spaces with parking access at a minimum for weekdays from 8am 6pm Preference for those who can provide 24/7 weekday & weekend access due to some office staff working late hours and weekends Parking must be within a 10-minute walk (preferably 5 minutes) as calculated by standard mapping software (e.g. Google Maps, Apple Maps, Mapquest, etc.) from that lot s address to the address stated below: 164 Rosa L Parks Blvd., Nashville, TN 37203 The parking spaces must be: On a paved open lot OR in a parking garage (i.e. no gravel lots), Well-maintained with no major infrastructure issues (e.g. no large potholes, garage infrastructure issues, etc.), and Safe for staff to traverse (i.e. reduced tripping hazards, removal of unsafe persons from facility, etc.) Please note this is a good faith effort for safety of our employees. Preference is given to those who provide additional safety measures (e.g. brightly lit parking lot, patrols, cameras, etc.) Using the quote sheet provided herein, email your quote no later than the date and time specified above. Late quotes will not be considered unless the judiciary determines, at its own discretion, that the late quote is in the judiciary s best interest and will not unduly delay the procurement. All items should be quoted as a fixed price. Payment terms will be considered Net 30 unless more favorable terms are offered. The period of performance (PoP) will begin on the 1st of the month after receipt of order (ARO). For example, if the decision is made on 8/7/2026 to proceed with an offer, the PoP would be 9/1/2026 8/31/2027. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely, Cayla Jolly Contracting Officer Office of Federal Public Defender Middle District of Tennessee 164 Rosa L. Park Boulevard Nashville, Tennessee 37203-3746
