The following replaces the final paragraph of the original intent posting: The Contractor shall support this effort at the contractor's facility at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, 500 5th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. The sole source is pursuant to RFO 6.103-5 Authorized or required by statute, and Statute 36 U.S.C. 1503. This notice of intent ends on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, (10:00 AM, EST). The requirement will not be available for competition due to the above change.
