The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) announces a proposed contract action for the award of a firm-fixed-price commercial supply contract for the procurement of supplies to update powerhouse/Boiler system for the Federal Medical Center located in Lexington, Ky. FMC Lexington is a federal medical center located at 3301 Leestown Rd, Lexington Ky, 40511 This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 [Deviation Apr 2026], Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the simplified procedures at FAR 12.201?1 [Deviation Apr 2026].
