Description

Auxiliary Roman Catholic Priest The Government requires an ordained Roman Catholic Priest--holding an active ecclesiastical endorsement from the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS)--to provide part-time Auxiliary Catholic Priest services as outlined in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Davis Monthan AFB Community in Tucson, AZ. As stated in the AMS policy, the AMS will not endorse a priest who is subcontracted by a third-party contractor who in fact holds the contract. . This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026, The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are those effective 7 May 2026. The Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) provisions and clauses are those effective 16 October 2024. Additionally, Revolutionary Far Overhaul updates and DFARS deviations applicable to this solicitation are dated on or after 2 February 2026. This solicitation document is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The requirement for North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 813110 with a size standard: $7.5M dollars. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) database to be eligible to receive award and have completed the On-line Representations and Certifications . Fill-In Clauses/Provisions: Offerors are required to complete all clauses/provisions that require Fill-ins and submit them with their quote. Note: For 52.212-3, If the Offeror has completed the annual, representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed through https://www.sam.gov. Only paragraph (b) of the provision is required. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). One firm fixed price award for a base year plus four (4) Option periods is anticipated. Quotes Submissions: Quotes are due no later than, 28 August 2026, at 4:00 PM (PST). Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. Offeror MUST provide UEI and CAGE Code with quote. All questions and quotes must be directed to the 355 Contracting Office via email at roxanne.elfering@us.af.mil. and 355CONS.PKBB.Services@us.af.mil Questions asked within 2 days of solicitation close will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Emailed quotes are preferred. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer s discretion. See attached solicitation and PWS for details.
