Description

The 409th Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation to provide Laser Cut Steel Parts and equipment to USAG, Tower Barracks. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures IAW FAR parts 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type contract. This requirement will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB Destination will be Grafenwoehr, Germany. This notice is issued solely for informational and market research purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote. The Government is anticipating soliciting this requirement before 1 August 2026. However, the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to the award.
