Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC), requires services to credential and monitor community care providers that furnish hospital care, medical services, or extended care services to Veterans under VA's Veteran Community Care Program (VCCP).
